For the best possible application, it is preferable to wash your hair with lukewarm to warm water before use. After applying the mask to damp hair, leave it on for about 5 minutes to penetrate the strands and provide maximum benefits. For added moisture, you can wrap your hair with a warm towel during the application. Once you finish, rinse with lukewarm to cold water to "seal" in the nutrients.
