The curve at the bottom is a very clever differentiation from the "cubic" ice trays that makes it incredibly easy to detach all the ice cubes with just one move! If they also designed a curved surface on the sides, then they would be unbeatable compared to the competition because, in addition to even easier detachment, the volume for each ice cube would be slightly larger, making them comparable to the competition. I have bought many for Athens and for my vacation home, where I empty 5-6 ice trays into a large container, so I constantly have an abundance of easily accessible ice cubes.

Αν σχεδιάζανε μια επίσης καμπύλη επιφάνεια και στα πλαϊνά μέρη, τότε θα ήταν αχτύπητες απο τον ανταγωνισμό διότι εκτός απο την ακόμα πιο εύκολη αποκόλληση, θα ήταν και λίγο μεγαλύτερος ο όγκος για κάθε παγάκι, οπότε και συγκρίσιμες με του ανταγωνισμού.
Έχω πάρει πολλές και για Αθηνα και για το εξοχικό, που αδειάζω σε ένα μεγάλο τάπερ 5-6 παγοκύστες και έτσι έχω συνεχώς αφθονία απο εύκολα παγάκια..
