The board game MIND MGMT: Psychic Espionage is a hidden-role deduction game for 1–5 players. One player controls Mind MGMT and moves around a secret map, searching for new recruiters based on three randomly drawn trait cards. The other players take on the roles of rogue agents and try to locate and capture Mind MGMT by asking the recruiter questions and using the answers to deduce their location.

Mind MGMT can use four Immortals to protect locations from being revealed. Mind MGMT wins by recruiting twelve people or surviving for sixteen rounds, while the rogue agents win if they capture Mind MGMT. The agents can record the information they gather in erasable “psychic notes.”
