The machine broke a few teeth on the gear after 3 months of use, approximately every 4 days for 2 kilograms of dough (4 kneadings of 500 grams). There is no Marcato service in Greece and despite my efforts (and the efforts of the store's technicians), and after I fixed the machine at home as requested by Marcato to see the problem, there is still no solution as of 19/11/21 for a machine that costs 368 euros...

Eventually, a way of communication was found in mid-January through a social networking application. The company admitted that it had not contacted me due to its own mistake and sent a replacement machine in mid-February, along with the broken gear replacement!
I hope that the broken gear was due to a material defect and will not happen again... :)
Otherwise, I will inform...
I would have been very satisfied with the kneading method and the speed at which it opens and cuts the dough... if the gear hadn't broken..

Final conclusions:
The hooks on the top transparent lid broke... communication with Marcato is difficult again, I have been waiting for a response for a month now, meanwhile, the gear broke for the second time...
The machine has many plastic parts with expiration dates, it seems. If you want it for occasional use, it might be okay, but I do not recommend it for more frequent use.
