I bought it since the comments convinced me that at the normal prices it goes for, it is a reliable blood pressure monitor, but I have the following to add:
a) its measurements are particularly inconsistent, with a difference of a few readings per minute,
b) I have not managed to connect it to my mobile phone,
c) since we are used to modern screens, it feels and functions like a screen from around 2005,
d) its materials and the carrying case show quite good ergonomics, which means it will last over time,
e) the package included a charger directly (I read that it was separate) and it has been quite convenient for me, so I don't need to constantly change batteries.
Personally, I thought it wouldn't follow the reputation of electronic blood pressure monitors for giving strange readings, but I realized you can't avoid this. I don't think it's worth the money, but it is a quick alternative and would be worth it if it cost half the price.

The first thing I checked is whether there is certification from Hypertension Societies. The Microlife BP A7 Touch AFIB: is certified with CE Marking and clinically validated according to the BHS protocol (British Hypertension Society, A/A rating) and ESH. It has special validation for the detection of atrial fibrillation (AFIB) in patients with AF (Atrial Fibrillation). The measurements are identical to the corresponding Omron M7 Intelli IT HEM-7361 (which has CE Marking certifications, complies with EN ISO 81060-2:2014 and EN ISO 81060-2:2019 + A1 standards, and is clinically validated by the European Society of Hypertension (ESH International Protocol), and especially with the analog sphygmomanometer Vaquez Laubry by Spengler. I chose it because on the one hand I have the Omron and on the other hand I wanted to verify its accuracy myself and finally I was attracted by its... design!!! From my own experience, RECOMMENDED.

I don't consider it reliable. The measurements didn't convince me; depending on how you put it on, it shows something different. I intentionally put it on incorrectly, meaning I placed the earpiece on the back of my hand to see if it would give an error in case it was worn incorrectly, and unfortunately, it gave me a reading of 15.

Overall, it does its job correctly in measurements. I mention the disadvantages: It doesn't tighten enough, resulting in it trying again and again to take the measurement. Depending on the Android version, it does not connect via Bluetooth with the mobile app to register the measurement.

Easy to handle, easy to read, the bluetooth and the app are fine. I haven't checked its measurement accuracy with a standard mercury sphygmomanometer, that's why 4 stars.

The collaboration with BT is problematic. At first, it was giving errors (because I had already taken some measurements before connecting it). The reason was that its clock had not been synchronized.

On the 3rd/4th time, it worked and generally everything is fine from now on.

Also, the armband is perfect, and I don't have a thin wrist

This is the second microlife I am buying; the first lasted about 14 years. This one seems quite good but has a desperately stiff cuff, and if I hadn't happened to have a new soft microlife cuff, I wouldn't be able to use it. So be careful when buying regarding the cuff

The only issue so far is the Bluetooth disconnection sometimes, however it keeps the readings and sends them to the app when it connects again. Overall a very good BP Monitor

Ease of use, easy-to-read screen, the triple measurement that gives the average is useful, and the accuracy of the measurements. Connecting via Bluetooth and the app from the Play Store is not easy at all.

For anyone who wants something extra for their blood pressure monitor, I consider it an ideal solution. Reliable, it detects atrial fibrillation, stores and sends the data to the phone. It offers many useful features.

Quite good. Much more accurate measurement with the button on the left, which if you have a little patience, it does 3 measurements by itself and shows you the average.

If you are using an android smartphone it is worth using the company's application. It sends you the measurements via Bluetooth to your smartphone so that you have a complete picture of the measurements for the time period you want. It is also available for PC but I have not used it

For the money I bought it, it's a bargain, I paid the same for a microlife blood pressure monitor without bluetooth

Easy to use (it is good to read the instructions which are also in Greek). I liked that it has a backlit screen and includes the transformer in case you don't have one or run out of batteries! Nice packaging/case and strong support/warranty. I didn't encounter any problems when connecting with Bluetooth and my Android phone, and the app is simple and understandable.

Very good, especially with the measurement of arrhythmia it is very simple. Very satisfied with its HUGE screen, AND the 3 different memory positions for storing measurements.

Anyone who needs it on a daily basis will be served very well, and the application, which is connected to the mobile via Bluetooth, keeps useful information.
