    I have used this and the ResMed 10, which is quite a bit more expensive. The Yuwell is quieter, has a larger water tank for the humidifier, and was better in terms of apneas per hour. I believe it is not worth getting another more expensive one.

    Cheap construction, a lot of plastic, but it is easy to use and does its job. Now, whether it will last over time, I don't know. I have it for free through EOPYY due to sleep apnea. Maybe in about 6 months I'll ask for another device to compare.

    Edit: After three years, it works just fine and does its job perfectly. Generally, it doesn't have advanced features, etc., but it is very easy to use, to set up, etc. Personally, I have no reason to change it for another since it has suited me just fine. Maybe only its size would make me get a smaller one. But since it has suited me, I don't really see a reason to risk it with another device. It really does its job.
