Mercedes A45 AMG New Forge Motorsport blow-off valve for Mercedes A45 AMG with M133DE20L engine 360HP. This particular engine does not have any factory-installed blow-off valve, but it does have a fitting on the turbocharger to accommodate one. Installing a blow-off valve is deemed necessary, especially if reprogramming has been done to increase horsepower, because more air is trapped between the throttle and the intake at increased turbo pressures, causing the well-known turbo lag and premature wear on the turbocharger. Moreover, throttle response and pressure stability are greatly improved.
