Fitting instructions:
- Fill a pot with some water.
- Bring water to a boil.
- Remove water from the heat source.
- Immediately place the mouthguard in the water for 90 seconds.
- Do not remove before 90 seconds.
- Carefully remove the mouthguard from the hot water with a slotted spoon.
- Cool mouthguard under tap water for 1-2 seconds only to bring surface temperature to a comfortable level.
- Moisten lips before placing the mouthguard in your mouth.
- Using a mirror, carefully align the mouthguard with the center line of the upper teeth.
- Place the mouthguard over and around the upper teeth (tab up) and press firmly first on the molars and then the front teeth.
- Move the lower jaw forward and up into the base of the mouthguard with teeth aligned with the lower channel.
- Close your mouth while biting firmly on the mouthguard.
- Suck strongly and use fingers to press the edges of the mouthguard to the teeth and roof of the mouth through lips and cheeks for 20 seconds.
- Remove the mouthguard and cool under tap water for 30 seconds.
- Replace in mouth and test for a good, firm fit.
- Repeat steps 1 through 10 if fit is not accurate.
