Nostos Pure hawthorn contains hawthorn leaves (Crataegus monogyna) and is intended for preparing an herbal infusion. To make one cup, add one teaspoon to water at 80–90 °C, cover and steep for 5–8 minutes, then strain.
Store the leaves in a glass jar in a cool, dark, shaded place. The product may contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, lactose, soy, celery, gluten, mustard and sesame. If you are pregnant or taking medication or dietary supplements, consult a doctor before consuming.
