The book Hortraining B2 neu practices listening comprehension and prepares students for the corresponding requirements of the Modul HOREN of the Goethe-Zertifikat B2 exam.

The book consists of two parts. Through the 28 practice tests of the first part, students gradually become familiar with the typology of the exercises, while applying various listening comprehension techniques, aiming to retain general, selective, and detailed information as they listen to a text. Each practice test focuses on one of the four exercises of the exam, while both the audio text and the related exercises build the students' listening skills step by step and gradually approach the complexity of the exercises they will encounter in the exam. The audio texts can be used from the very first lesson at level B2 and show a gradual increase in the degree of difficulty.

The second part of the book contains 5 model tests at level B2. In these, both the length of the texts and the degree of difficulty of the exercises fully correspond to the requirements of the Goethe-Zertifikat B2 exam.

Interesting audio texts, covering a wide range of topics, keep the students' interest alive, while at the same time encouraging them to engage with exam topics.
