The construction is mediocre in terms of tolerances.
It wobbles 2-4 millimeters (the rubber feet were checked) and the handles also play.
These are after testing 2 identical ones (the first one was returned, the second one was the same).
I couldn't find anything cheaper with handles, so probably here is where the saying "you get what you pay for" applies.
Just to clarify, it's not for throwing away, when someone sits on it, the instability goes away (=rubber feet). Obviously, the play in the handles remains, it just takes time to trust them.
