    Verified purchase

The product does what it claims to do. The problem is that Skroutz does not mention the full technical specifications, resulting in me purchasing it without knowing if it is actually what I need.

Specifically, I have a 28" 4K 60Hz monitor. The devices I have connect to it using HDMI version 2.

This machine does NOT support HDMI version 2, so it cannot be connected to my devices. Nowhere in the product specifications on Skroutz is the supported HDMI version mentioned, nor the Hz of the 4K image.

The only way I was able to see an image was by finding a setting on the monitor to downgrade the HDMI version to 1.4. However, this means the monitor now only plays at 30Hz instead of the desired 60Hz.

The two stars go more to Skroutz for not bothering to display all the product specifications, rather than the product itself, which does what it claims (I posted a photo to show the specifications. If I had seen it, I wouldn't have ordered it)
