Very good capsules; they do their job as they should. As for my blood pressure, I noticed a small improvement, but I believe it takes quite a long time for the beneficial effects to be confirmed

This review is about the quantity: 100 softgels

Attention to those with low blood pressure like me. Because it has vasodilatory and antihypertensive effects, it lowered my blood pressure and I experienced fatigue and dizziness. Every time I take garlic, I experience this, so instead of taking it every day as I used to, I now take it every 3-4 days.
Of course, garlic not only helps with blood pressure but also has antimicrobial properties and boosts the immune system. It is anti-inflammatory, reduces bad LDL cholesterol and increases good HDL, prevents the formation of clots, provides antioxidant protection, and regulates blood sugar.
