Recently, a law was passed that allows the driving of mopeds up to 50 cc and motorcycles up to 125 cc under the following conditions within the Greek territory only.

Conditions:

1- Moped with a factory speed of up to 25 km/h: No driving license is required, but drivers must be at least 15 years old.

2- A moped up to 50 cc can be driven with an Amateur B license in the Greek territory only, provided you have held it for over 6 years and are at least 27 years old; no new license form is required.

3- A motorcycle (A1) up to 125 cc and 11 kw can be driven in the Greek territory only with an Amateur B license along with a moped license (AM), as long as you have held the AM and Amateur B licenses for over 4 years and they are shown on the driving license. Ask us if they do not appear, so we can tell you what you need to do. No new driving license is required.

4- A motorcycle 125 (A1) up to 125 cc and 11 kw can be driven, as long as you have held the Amateur B license for at least 4 years and are at least 27 years old. Requirements: Application for a new license and 5 hours of mandatory practical lessons - no examinations.
