  • Indifferent sound. Also broke after 6 months of use. 1) Sometimes loses connection and works again if you unplug and plug it back into the USB port and 2) makes noise due to poor connection in the headphone jack. The first issue is not proven in service. The second will be considered physical damage.

The review is for the USB 2.0 Audio Adapter 5.1 Surround Sound, which turned out to be excellent for its price. My laptop had a permanent distortion before playing any sounds on external speakers - this card solved the problem for me and gave me excellent sound quality. Very happy!

I bought it as a replacement for the Powertech SLOT-021, which turned out to be useless (see my review). This particular LogiLink was much better. No noise in the headphones and good microphone sound. Tested with Skype and YouTube. I don't need it for high-quality audio listening anyway. In my opinion, very good for its cost. 4 stars only because I haven't extensively tested it. If I remember, I will come back later for more. Recommended.
