Chromodomi Monostop PU Hybrid elastomeric roof waterproofing is a water-based acrylic polyurethane hybrid, applied as a liquid coating. Once applied, it forms a membrane that prevents moisture ingress and water ponding, while remaining resistant to temperatures from -18 °C to 100 °C without its properties deteriorating.
Its high solar reflectance helps reduce roof temperatures and save energy, in accordance with BS 8493. It is CE certified.
