Attention to anyone who has it or plans to buy it / get it from a friend:
On windows desktop (AND ON MAC)
DO NOT CONNECT the external power supply,
try it first without it if the devices you want to connect through the Hub work fine, for me now WITHOUT the external power source it works great !!!

From what I later found out, after months of troubleshooting, after the PC crashed frequently and hard drives disappeared during operation.... it must pass the power through the usb to the computer at 5v, causing it to crash.... maybe because it ends up passing even to the hard drives in the power-sata socket and ends up at the remote hard drive power-off pin (and not only there) and crashes the computer.
In Macs, as mentioned in one of the 3 videos I will provide, this causes motherboard damage.

In general, for hubs that pass 5v to the PC (I accidentally found it today. From this I understood the source of my problem)

For the hard drive power-off pin and remote power-off (when I was searching for why my drives disappear during operation)

Connected to Raspberry Pi3 and easily supports two additional maxtor 2TB drives that do not have power supply. The Raspberry runs Libreelec and detects it without any intervention or trick. Just plug n' play!!!!
