The Plantain Tincture is derived from the immersion of the aerial part of the plantain in an alcoholic solution for a period of 4-6 weeks. During this time, the active ingredients of the herbs dissolve into the alcoholic solution, resulting in the creation of the tincture.

Properties:

  • Against gastritis and colitis.
  • For peptic ulcers.
  • Dysentery.
  • Irritable bowel syndrome.
  • Triglycerides.
  • Bad cholesterol.
  • Constipation.
  • Cystitis.
  • Diarrhea.
  • Against bronchial asthma and bronchitis.
  • Against cough & catarrh.

Tinctures retain all the active ingredients of the herb, are particularly simple to take, and are completely natural. They undoubtedly surpass dietary supplements in pill form, as they do not contain chemicals and preservatives and are absorbed much more effectively by the body.

The usual dosage is 0.5-1ml (approximately 10-20 drops per day). They should not be consumed during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
