Mallow tincture is derived from the immersion of mallow flowers in an alcoholic solution for a period of 4-6 weeks. During this time, the active ingredients of the above herbs dissolve into the alcoholic solution, resulting in the creation of the tincture.
Mallow tincture (Malva sylvestris) contains the same active ingredients as the dried mallow herb.
In modern herbal therapy, mallow is used in two ways:
Tinctures retain all the active ingredients of the herb, are particularly simple to take, and are completely natural. They undoubtedly surpass dietary supplements in pill form, as they do not contain chemicals and preservatives and are absorbed much more effectively by the body.
