Now I got it so I don't rate or have an opinion on whether it works, but I give it 2 stars because:
1) It didn't have any instructions, like dosage, on the bottle, nor does it have packaging. I had to search for it on their website... And what if I didn't have internet? They didn't think about that.. Also, it didn't mention anywhere the percentages of the ingredients...
2) The dosages they describe seem a bit random because they ultimately have the same dosage for all the pills and formulations, and the worst part is that the quantity they provide won't last for a month of use (based on the recommended dosage). For example, they say 1ml 2 to 3 times a day, and they also say the treatment should last for a month, but even if you take it 2 times a day (not 3, because I am tall and male, and if someone needs 3 times, it would be someone like me, let's say), 2ml * 30 days = 60ml, but the bottle only has 50ml, so it's not enough! I won't even discuss taking it three times a day... They should have provided a quantity that satisfies the maximum dosage they recommend for the 1 month they also recommend.
3) Also, the dosing method is very unreliable, especially since every drop counts, so it might give you the month they say 1ml, and in parentheses, they put 15 to 20 drops; is it 15 or 20? So, the dropper doesn't dispense a consistent amount... Also, am I supposed to count 20 drops with my mouth open or at least holding a spoon? It should have had a pipette on the bottle cap that sucks up 1ml like in other liquid supplements, or they could have made the cap like a measuring cup that holds 1ml, so you finish it in one go without having to count and be sure about the quantity you're taking
Τώρα το πήρα οπότε δεν βαθμολογώ ούτε φέρω άποψη για το αν κάνει δουλειά, βάζω 2 αστέρια όμως γιατί:
1) δεν είχε καμία οδηγία πχ δοσολογία η φιάλη ούτε εχει συσκευασία έπρεπε να το ψάξω στην σελίδα τους... Και αν δεν είχα ίντερνετ ; δεν το σκέφτηκαν .. Επίσης δεν έγραφε πουθενά τα ποσοστά με τα συστατικά...
2) οι δοσολογίες που περιγράφουν μου φαίνονται λίγο random γιατί έχουν τελικά την ίδια για όλα τα χάπια και σκευάσματα και το χειρότερο η ποσότητα που δίνουν δεν θα φτάσει για ένα μήνα χρήσης (βάσει δοσολογίας που προτείνουν) πχ λένε 1ml 2 με 3 φορές την ημέρα και επίσης λένε η θεραπεία να κρατήσει για ένα μήνα αλλά ακόμη και 2 φορές την ημέρα να το παίρνεις (και όχι 3 επειδή είμαι ψηλός και άντρας και άρα αν χρειάζεται κάποιος 3 φορές θα ήταν κάποιος σαν εμένα ας πούμε ) 2ml*30ημερες = 60ml αλλά το μπουκαλάκι έχει 50ml άρα δεν επαρκεί! Για τρεις φορές την ημέρα δεν το συζητώ καν... Θα έπρεπε να βάζουν ποσότητα που να ικανοποιεί την μαξ δοσολογία που προτείνουν για τον 1 μήνα που επίσης προτείνουν.
3) επίσης ο τρόπος δοσολογίας είναι πολύ αναξιόπιστος ειδικά εφόσον κάθε σταγόνα μετράει μπας και βγάλει το μήνα λένε 1ml και σε παρένθεση βάζουν 15με 20 σταγόνες; είναι 15 ή 20; άρα δεν βγάζει σταθερή ποσότητα το στόμιο.... επίσης θα κάθομαι να μετράω 20 σταγόνες με ανοιχτό το στόμα ή έστω κρατώντας κουτάλι ; έπρεπε να είχε πιπέτα το καπάκι της φιάλης που να ρούφα 1ml όπως σε άλλα υγρά συμπληρώματα ή να κάνουν το καπάκι σαν μεζούρα που να χωράει 1ml να τελειώνεις μια και έξω χωρίς να μετράς και να είσαι σίγουρος για την ποσότητα που παίρνεις
