Description

The AudioQuest JitterBug FMJ USB Noise Filter is an essential tool for improving sound quality across various devices. It reduces RF noise generated by computers, cars, and other devices, while simultaneously minimizing environmental RF noise affecting USB ports.

Its new metal construction provides extra protection, while the innovative rubber cap design contributes to better performance. The JitterBug can be connected in series or parallel with other devices such as computers, smartphones, NAS, streamers, or car audio systems.

Using a second JitterBug on another USB port can lead to additional sound improvement. Additionally, connecting the JitterBug with the DragonFly Black or Red helps enhance performance. The JitterBug aids in reducing noise and improving dynamic contrast, warmth, and sound detail.

  • Dual discrete noise isolation circuit.
  • Reduces jitter, unwanted currents, and parasitic resonances.
  • Elimination of packet errors.
  • Improves sound detail and clarity.

Noticeable audio upgrade, with a small cost. It was tested on connections 1) imac > jitterbug > cayin dac6mk2 > marantz model30 > aucantus v8f, and 2) Samsung a13 > jitterbug > shanling ua2 > Beyer dt770. In both cases, it "cleared" the background and "opened up" the image. I didn't have high expectations (due to conflicting reviews on the internet), so it exceeded them by far.
