The BLACKplus series from Risoli is made of 8mm thick cast aluminum and features the next-generation El Diamant coating, which guarantees unprecedented scratch resistance along with excellent non-stick properties.

The El Diamant coating, made from mineral particles paired with the characteristics of cast aluminum, ensures a highly healthy cooking experience without the use of fats at low or medium temperatures, allowing food to retain its nutritional values.

Care and usage instructions:
  • Wash the cookware with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge.
  • Dry thoroughly and coat with butter or oil.
  • Do not heat the cookware while empty.
  • Do not leave it on the fire while the contents have evaporated.

Cast aluminum is a very good heat conductor, and continuous overheating could damage the coating.
