The BLACKplus series by Risoli is made from 6mm thick cast aluminum and features the new generation El Diamant coating, which guarantees unprecedented scratch resistance along with excellent non-stick properties.

The El Diamant coating, made from mineral particles, ensures extremely healthy cooking without the use of fats at low to medium temperatures, so foods retain their nutritional values.

Certified quality (ISO 9001:2000)

  • Before using the cookware, wash it with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge.
  • Dry thoroughly and rub with butter or oil.
  • Do not heat the cookware while it is empty.
  • Do not leave them on the fire while they are empty or have evaporated contents.

Cast aluminum is a very good heat conductor and continuous overheating could damage the coating. Cook at low or medium temperatures.
