The El Diamant coating, made from mineral particles, ensures healthy cooking without the use of fats at low or medium temperatures, preserving the nutritional values of food.

Care and usage instructions:
  • Before using the cookware, wash them with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge.
  • Dry thoroughly and coat with butter or oil.
  • Do not heat the cookware while they are empty.
  • Do not leave the cookware on the fire when the contents have evaporated.
