This slicer offers quick and effortless uniform slices of fruits and vegetables: simply place the fruits or vegetables on a cutting board, remove the container base, and press the transparent collection container with its sharp blades downwards. You're done! The slices are collected in the collection container. To remove any residues stuck between the blades, use the black container base as it simultaneously works as an "ejector."
