EGG REPLACER POWDER ORGANIC 20g

Create the best mixture without using eggs! It is gluten-free and vegan! The new egg replacer provides excellent support for your recipes.

Used in:

• Sweet baked goods such as waffles, pancakes, batter
• Potato and vegetable pancakes

Not suitable for making omelets or fried eggs.

Ingredients: sweet lupin flour*, thickening agent: carob gum*, corn flour*, flaxseed protein*, sunflower protein* (*organic agriculture).

Usage: 5g corresponds to approximately 1 teaspoon of egg replacer. 5g of egg replacer and 50ml of sparkling water replace 1 whole egg.

Mix 5g of plant-based egg replacer with 50ml of sparkling water. Then, add the other liquid ingredients and whisk until frothy. Mix the dry ingredients well and combine with the liquid mixture to form a uniform mass.

Store in a cool and dry place away from heat sources.
