Usage: 5g corresponds to approximately 1 teaspoon of egg replacer. 5g of egg replacer and 50ml of sparkling water replace 1 whole egg.
Mix 5g of plant-based egg replacer with 50ml of sparkling water. Then, add the other liquid ingredients and whisk until frothy. Mix the dry ingredients well and combine with the liquid mixture to form a uniform mass.
Store in a cool and dry place away from heat sources.
