A doctor recommended it to me due to issues with reflux, heartburn, and indeed after a gastroscopy it was found that there is a hiatal hernia. This specific product has helped me a lot and I haven't woken up any night for the past 3 weeks from reflux. However, I believe that on its own it is only for light situations. The best thing is to consult a doctor if the symptoms persist or to be sure, because you may need additional medication or treatment or, as someone else wrote, specific foods that you should consume. I take it after the main meals and I don't drink/eat anything for about an hour. I also take one before bed.

An hour after taking it, I vomited and had extreme diarrhea. I had pain from heartburn much worse than before I consumed it. My body reacted as if I drank half a liter of orange juice. This happened to me twice.

It has a sweet and sour taste but gets the job done. However, I would prefer the riopan. The quantity is sufficient

It mainly helps with indigestion and less with bloating. It has a nice taste like jam. To do a better job, it also needs to be taken with a stomach pill simultaneously
