The goal and vision of Yiannis Linos is to faithfully follow tradition. For this reason, "OUZO Lesbion" is the distillation of 60 years of expertise and family experience in the production of alcoholic beverages.
It is produced in a traditional alembic, with Greek alcohol, and within 12 hours. It is flavored with Lesbian anise and other herbs from the Lesbian land, which give the distillate a refined taste.
It matures for 30–40 days before bottling to release its aroma. It is bottled in modern facilities of high standards.
