    It is ideal for dry skin because as a product it moisturizes and has nothing to do with classic silicone primers... it does its job properly, the foundation spreads perfectly on it, and for us with dry skin, it maintains a moisturizing barrier between the foundation, so it does not absorb all the precious moisture!!!
