At the end of the 19th century, Great Britain dominates a quarter of the world. The nobility live in comfort and luxury, while the working class struggles hard. When young Albert James Moriarty and his family adopt two orphans from the lower class, the cruelty experienced by the boys at the hands of Albert's family solidifies his hatred for the nobility from which he comes. He asks the elder of the two boys, who possesses genius and murderous instincts, to help him rid the world of evil, starting with his own family!
