***After about 2 months they replaced it for me and the new one is also defective. It doesn't let me connect it to WiFi. It tries and just restarts. It's like it crashes. I thought I'd give it another chance... but it doesn't want to

***Μετά από περίπου 2 μήνες μου το αντικατέστησαν και το καινούργιο είναι και αυτό ελαττωματικό. Δεν με αφήνει να το συνδέσω στο WiFi. Προσπαθεί και απλά κάνει επανεκκίνηση. Σαν να κρασαρει. Είπα να του δώσω άλλη μια ευκαιρία…αλλά δεν θέλει

Very good build quality, durable and problem-free in the few months that I have had it. Unfortunately, my cat refuses to use it. She approached it once and never again. She prefers water to flow from above. But to each their own. I have it in operation hoping that she will honor it at some point.

After 1-1.5 months, the pump stopped working. I had changed the filter and cleaned the pump as the manual (and the application) says. I had to return it and got my money back. I didn't want to risk it. It's a shame because it seemed very good at first. The application was working well, of course.

The cats are curious about the cable of the device which connects to the electricity, somehow you need to hide it or secure it .
The filter needs to be changed per month according to the manual
I would give it 4.5 stars max, can not give 5 at this price.
