3rd HP laptop, I have been a fan of the company since 2005.
I have only had it for one day (purchased on 21/10/21) but based on my experience so far, it has everything I need and fully covers basic use. Its setup was very fast, adding a good antivirus is the best possible choice with little money for home use and few office tasks. The operating system (Windows 10, what can we do, we will endure it ;) ) and the keyboard are in English. The first issue is solved immediately with a simple download of Greek language, while the second issue, if there is no familiarity with the keyboard, can be solved by purchasing and connecting a Greek keyboard.
I use it with Wi-Fi (poor connection, not the PC's fault), but it doesn't lag.
I don't use it for movies or games to have an opinion on graphics, but as far as I'm concerned, it is very good. It has an SSD drive and a classic i3 processor.
Classic HP, reliable with a very nice feeling of a quality computer. The keyboard is metallic, chocolate type, which personally impressed me aesthetically. It has 2 classic USB ports and one type C, as well as HDMI and Bluetooth. Lightweight, slim, good battery life, and energy-saving capabilities. The only negative, and a very important one because I had a shock for a few minutes, is that the product code may imply that it is from the United States, which means that the power adapter is not suitable for our sockets. However, the store where I bought it (MG Manager) includes an adapter in the package on their own. So, we are fine. I didn't know about the differentiation in the product code, it is not mentioned anywhere in the specifications, and I didn't notice it when ordering somewhere, so... But everything is good. There is a solution.
Regarding the pre-installed applications, it has Netflix, Spotify, Skype, etc., and Microsoft's applications (OneDrive, Cortana, Outlook, Store, etc.), which everyone uses or deactivates according to their preference. I don't use them, for example, OneDrive, I think it will burden it, but I don't have an opinion if someone chooses to have it permanently active.
Personal opinion, disable Edge after installing Mozilla, deactivate/uninstall other user-unnecessary applications, and only use NOD32 for protection. Office is pre-installed, but to fully function, it requires a one-time purchase of Office 2021 or a subscription to Office 365 (€69/year for one user). You can work with Office web if you need something simple. Otherwise, the subscription is a one-way street since when Microsoft decides not to update it, it will create issues.
That's all. Good choice, value for money.

Το έχω μόλις μία ημέρα (αγορά 21/10/21) αλλά βάσει της μέχρι τώρα εμπειρίας έχει όσα χρειάζομαι και καλύπτει πλήρως την απλή χρήση. Το σετάρισμά του ήταν πολύ γρήγορο, προσθέτοντας ένα καλό antivirus είναι η καλύτερη δυνατή επιλογή με λίγα χρήματα για οικιακή χρήση και λίγες δουλειές γραφείου. Το λειτουργικό (windows 10, τι να κάνουμε, θα το υποστούμε ;) ) και το πληκτρολόγιο είναι στα Αγγλικά. Το πρώτο με ένα απλό download Ελληνικών λύνεται αμέσως, το δεύτερο, αν δεν υπάρχει εξοικείωση με το πληκτρολόγιο λύνεται με αγορά και σύνδεση ενός πληκτρολογίου με Ελληνικά.
Χρήση με wi fi (κακό λόγω σύνδεσης, δε φταίει το pc) , παρ' όλα αυτά δεν μασάει.
Δεν το χρησιμοποιώ για ταινίες ή παιχνίδια για να έχω άποψη περί γραφικών , σε ό,τι με αφορά όμως είναι πολύ καλό. Δίσκος ssd και κλασσικός επεξεργαστής i3.
Κλασσικό HP , τίμιο με πολύ ωραία αίσθηση ποιοτικού υπολογιστή . Το πληκτρολόγιο είναι μεταλλικό τύπου chocolate που προσωπικά με ενθουσίασε εμφανισιακά. 2 κλασσικές usb θύρες και μία τύπου c καθώς και hdmi και bluetooth. Ελαφρύ, λεπτό, μπαταρία με καλή διάρκεια και δυνατότητες εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας, Μόνο αρνητικό και πολύ σημαντικό γιατί έπαθα ένα σοκ για μερικά λεπτά, στον κωδικό του προϊόντος ενδέχεται με συντομογραφία να υπονοηθεί ότι είναι εξ Αμερικής το οποίο σημαίνει ότι το τροφοδοτικό δεν κάνει για τις δικές μας πρίζες, όμως, το μαγαζί από όπου το αγόρασα (MG Manager) από μόνοι τους βάζουν στη συσκευασία αντάπτορα. Οπότε, είμαστε κομπλέ. Δεν γνώριζα τη διαφοροποίηση στον κωδικό , δεν αναφέρεται πουθενά στα χαρακτηριστικά και δεν το παρατήρησα κατά την παραγγελία κάπου οπότε.... Αλλά, όλα καλά. Λύση υπάρχει.
Σχετικά με τις προ εγκατεστημένες εφαρμογές έχει netflix, spotify, skype κ.ά. και τα της microsoft (one drive, cortana, outlook , store κ.ά) τα οποία ο καθένας χρησιμοποιεί ή απενεργοποιεί κατά προτίμηση. Δεν τα χρησιμοποιώ, πχ το one drive, θεωρώ ότι θα το βαρύνει , αλλά δεν έχω και άποψη αν κάποιος το επιλέξει να λειτουργεί μόνιμα.
Προσωπική άποψη, απενεργοποίηση του edge μετά από εγκατάσταση mozilla απενεργοποίηση/απεγκατάσταση λοιπών μη χρήσιμων στο χρήστη εφαρμογών και μόνο ένα nod32 για προστασία. Office έχει προεγκατεστημένο αλλά για να λειτουργήσει πλήρως ζητάει εφάπαξ αγορά του office 2021 ή συνδρομή για το 365 (69€/έτος ένας χρήστης). Κάνεις δουλειά με το office web αν θες κάτι απλό. Διαφορετικά η συνδρομή είναι μονόδρομος μιας και η αγορά του 2021 όταν αποφασίσει η microsoft να μην το ενημερώνει θα δημιουργήσει θέματα.
Αυτά τα λίγα. Καλή επιλογή, vfm.
