Hybrid elastomeric roof sealant made from new generation nano-modified resins.
It forms a protective membrane without joints and seams that is highly elastic, completely waterproof with great resistance to standing water, without polyurethanes, solvents, and other dangerous and toxic substances. It has excellent adhesion to any surface, such as concrete, cement screeds, gravel concrete, wood, metal, and all kinds of waterproofing layers. Excellent resistance to extreme weather conditions. The surface does not become tacky (tack free) when walked on after application, even at high temperatures, resulting in no accumulation of dirt. It is applied in 2 layers with a roller on a clean substrate. It is diluted with water up to 5-10% for one layer as a primer.
