The BLACKplus series by Risoli is made of 7.2mm thick cast aluminum and features the new generation El Diamant coating, which guarantees unprecedented scratch resistance along with excellent non-stick properties.

The El Diamant coating, made from mineral particles combined with the properties of cast aluminum, ensures highly healthy cooking without the use of fats at low or medium temperatures, allowing food to retain its nutritional values.

  • Certified quality (ISO 9001:2000)
  • Care and usage instructions: Before using the cookware, wash with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge, dry thoroughly, and coat with butter or oil.
  • Do not heat the cookware when empty and do not leave them on the fire once the contents have evaporated.
  • Cast aluminum is a very good heat conductor, and continuous overheating could damage the coating.
