I have it for 4 months now and I only wash with it about 5-8 times a week. The clothes get clean but it doesn't have a strong smell. It's logical since it's eco-friendly. I didn't have any issues with the clothes, everything comes out clean and I will definitely continue using it

Until the first 10 washes it was ok, of course it didn't leave any particular scent on the clothes obviously but it seemed like it was cleaning them. But after a point, what was I washing them with the ball, the same goes for this.

What is the ecoegg laundry egg?

The ecoegg laundry egg is a unique, environmentally friendly washing system that cleans clothes effectively, using two types of mineral pellets, white and black (tourmaline), enclosed in a reusable, recyclable "egg".

Free from harsh chemicals and friendly to both the environment and your skin, the Ecoegg Wash Egg completely replaces laundry detergent and fabric softener, providing you with an eco-friendly solution for your laundry and the environment.

How does the Ecoegg Laundry Egg work?

First, we recommend cleaning your machine with the ecoegg Detox Tablet to remove any residues from previous detergents or fabric softeners that have been used.

Next, simply open your ecoegg and fill the larger half of the egg with the two types of mineral pellets. Close your egg until you hear a 'click' and place it in the drum of your washing machine on top of your clothes.

The mineral pellets work together in the water to effectively draw dirt from the fibers of the clothes and soften the fabrics by changing the pH, leaving your clothes clean and fresh without using detergents loaded with harsh chemicals. The mineral pellets in the ecoegg Wash Egg are enzyme-free and do not contain petrochemicals, bleaches, phosphates, parabens, SLS/SLES, palm oil, or microplastics.
