I don't know what it might be due to, but perhaps the product wasn't stored properly (see photo where there is a strange yellowing on the surface). The expiration date is 2028, so I tend to believe that due to poor storage or handling, a defective product was delivered that cannot have the corresponding performance.
So based on the above, I can't give more than 3 stars.
