The tool is just fine and it helps me sit and use it after running. With the right movements, at the end of the treatment which takes about 10-15 minutes, the legs are back to how they were before the exercise. The only problem I face is that sometimes the attachment at the front comes off due to the vibration. Also, there are various attachments you can put on it. Very good, but it would be even better if the attachment didn't come off during use.

Με σωστές κινήσεις, στο τέλος της θεραπείας οι οποία παίρνει γύρω στα 10-15 λεπτά, τα πόδια είναι πάλι όπως ήταν πριν την άσκηση. Το μόνο πρόβλημα που αντιμετωπίζω είναι ότι καμία φορά μου τυχαίνει να φεύγει από την δόνηση το εξάρτημα μπροστά. Επίσης, από εξαρτήματα που μπορείς να βάλεις πάνω έχει διάφορα. Πολύ καλό αλλά ακόμη καλύτερο αν δεν έφευγε το εξάρτημα κατά τη χρήση του.
