In light rain, nothing got through, but in heavy rain and wind, unfortunately, it came in from the edge of the zippers after about 20 minutes. Generally, I haven't touched the pockets and I won't do it either. Tested in Iceland. The XL fit me like a glove; I am 1.95 meters tall and weigh 87 kilograms.
