Recommended. Where no painkiller works, this one does. It eliminated my headache. The instructions say max use 20'. I left it for 40' because I have a lot of hair and I can handle it. The putting in and taking out of the ice packs in the tight slots is the only downside. Now I put the whole thing in the freezer along with the fabric. Fantastic and for the result it gave me, it's a steal!!!

Το βάλε-βγάλε τις παγοκύστες στα στενά θηκάκια ειναι το μόνο ντεφό.
Τωρα το ε΄βαλα ολόκληρο στη κατάψυξη μαζι με το ύφασμα. Φανταστικό και για το αποτέλεσμα που μου εδωσε ειναι τσαμπα!!!
