The K&N E-0668 high-flow air filter is a washable and reusable filter for the Audi R8. It is made from four layers of oil-impregnated cotton material that trap dust, dirt and contaminants while improving airflow to the engine.
The filter is pre-oiled and designed as a direct replacement for the factory filter, with no tools required for installation. Under normal highway driving conditions, it needs to be cleaned every 75,000 km or every 5 years.
