Users particularly appreciate the story and the excellent quality of the pages and printing. They also mention the beautiful illustrations and say it’s suitable for both new readers and collectors. However, some feel the collection is expensive, and one customer reported a printing issue involving missing pages.
Excellent, by far the best choice for those who want to start manga now. I snagged the first box set for €144.
It is more than worth it for a fan to have the hard copy collection. It is a different experience and I do not regret the purchase at all!
I am very disappointed. As I was reading the manga, I noticed that pages are missing. Specifically, from chapter 218, pages 463 and 464 are missing. I don't know if all the One Piece Omnibus Volume 8 have been printed with this error. I will try to contact the store from which I purchased it to see if the issue can be resolved.
Aside from this problem, I believe that the quality of One Piece Omnibus Volume 8 is very good. (I tried to upload photos, but for some reason, it gave me an error.)
Update: I contacted the store and sent the manga back to get my money refunded. In the future, I will buy One Piece Omnibus Volume 8 from another store to see if the problem was isolated or if they all have been printed with this issue, and I will update my review.
Update 2: I ordered One Piece Omnibus Volume 8 from another store, and it arrived today (9-4-2025). I am pleased to report that the manga had all the pages. It seems that the problem was isolated.
I highly recommend anyone interested in buying the One Piece manga. It is a very interesting story with a lot of comedy, action, and drama.
It's perfect if you get it all together, you save quite a bit of money compared to buying the manga separately.
It is fantastic, personally this is my first manga and generally the Water Seven arc is, in my opinion, one of the best so far
