    Yes, but. Great caution is needed with the panel because if it is exposed to rain, water enters at the point where the cable connects to the panel and then the problems of not charging well begin. At least the panel should have been waterproof so that it does not have a problem with the weather conditions. I consider it a fault that the panel, especially at the point where it connects to the cables, is not waterproof. Supposedly, the panel is meant to be left outside.
