Description

The TP5100 is a 2V lithium battery charging management chip with a dual switch 8.4V, single cell 4.2V. The ultra-compact QFN16 package and simple external circuit make the TP5100 ideal for portable equipment as well as large current charging management applications. 

The TP5100 features  undervoltage protection, overheat protection, short circuit protection, battery temperature monitoring, and reverse battery protection.
