loud sound with strange doorbell and sound settings. It doesn't stop ringing under 5 times regardless of whether you press to open the front door or not. Nice screen colors etc but that's about it..

In less than a year of operation, the camera experienced an overheating problem.

Update:
I returned the product and the 'professionals' at DCS returned it to me, considering it to be functioning normally. In the current winter temperatures, the device is simply lukewarm. In temperatures of 20-25 degrees, the device is hot, and for this reason, I had to bring an electrician to uninstall it and go through the process of sending it back.

The worst part is that I sent photos to DCS of a missing cover and some support screws from the external unit, asking them to send them to me because I thought they removed them to inspect the device.

I don't exclude the possibility that the electrician who uninstalled the intercom from the house removed the cover, but DCS's response was:

"I am sending you attached photos of the package and its contents that we received. As you can see, there is no cover and screws. We returned exactly what you sent us. Please look elsewhere for the missing component and screws."

Let them enjoy their professionalism and after-sales service.

I am sharing this update so that potential customers are aware of the level of DCS or at least their communication manager, and are prepared for what to expect in case of a need for technical support.

Average quality. I expected a much better image on the camera... Easy installation, except for the operation of the doorbell. You should not connect it as stated in the instructions... In the button panel plug, you bridge COM1 with GND. And the wires of the doorbell, one goes to the door icon 1 and the other to the 12V output.
Be careful with the screw for volume adjustment on the button panel... very sensitive and poor quality... I tried to turn it to adjust the volume and it broke, resulting in the speaker of the button panel not working and no communication between the inside and outside... Unacceptable

The electrician who installed it didn't have the best impression. There is no specialized service, instructions, or support in Greece. I didn't like the quality of the external camera. It survived in the rain, but because it is exposed, I will build a small shelter for it. I was disappointed when the electrician called the store for clarification, and they asked him, "Why did you choose this video intercom?" Overall, it does its job, but I am left with bitterness. Choose another well-known company with service and spare parts in Greece.
Update 09/01/24: The video intercom has been exposed to endless rain externally (because I simply couldn't manage to build something like a shelter), and it works perfectly. The internal screen has also endured accidental hits and hanging, and it works just fine. I might reconsider.
