Every time I need to print, I have to go through a whole process of testing and reinstalling because the machine shows offline (even though it's not). The accompanying software doesn't help at all. From what I've researched, many users face the same problem but there are no instructions or help anywhere.

I bought it yesterday, opened it without instructions, watched the video to connect it to wifi, and added the printer to my laptop's printer list. Then I made my first print, everything perfect, on the first try. I hope everything goes well.

Tragic purchase, it constantly disconnects, prints irrelevant things on its own, and most importantly, it uses very few pages compared to much cheaper toner cartridges of cheaper printers

Together with the multifunction printer, I bought 5 packs of xerox paper. On the first day, I started printing with its own paper. After 4 months, I haven't used even one pack (500 sheets) and suddenly, without any warning, it stopped printing and showed "0 ink remaining" on the screen. My prints are invoice-level quality, so this consumption is not justified. The dealership told me that it comes with toner for 1500 pages upon purchase. I have no other choice but to buy expensive genuine toner (approximately 60% of the printer's purchase price). I ordered the toner because I don't have time to search for a purchase, but I will buy another one that also accepts compatible ink, and this one will be kept as a backup or sold. I will inform you how long the new toner will last, which is specified to be 3000 pages. Is everything fine at the dealership?

It was purchased for professional use (wrongly).
Positives: The installation was not difficult, it prints quickly and relatively quietly, quality construction.
Negatives: Lack of software, you have to enter from the IP address for some basic information, nonexistent service, toner is expensive and hard to find...
For home use, printing basic things once in a while, it's fine. For professional use, stay away!

As a machine, it is good. HOWEVER, it does not have a keyboard and I struggle to enter the WI-FI codes. The worst thing of all, though, is that it does not have compatible toners and I have to buy authentic ones.

The only possible downside is its size. It seems like a very good and high-quality purchase!

The first impressions are very good... the installation is easy... I also bought paper of the same brand and it has no issues so far... it will be used for an insurance agency so there will be a relevant number of impressions on a monthly basis... I will come back in a few months for an update...

In two months it broke. It doesn't recognize the paper in the tray. We have it for our store and it has set us back incredibly. They told us it would take 2 days for a technician to come and today, after 2 days, they tell me they will call us to let us know when they will come. We have printed less than 400 pages and it broke. Also, for some reason, the toner ran out in less than 500 sheets and the new toner costs 60 euros. I would call it garbage.

First day of shopping and the first contact with the product was excellent! The prints were from the mobile and left me with a very good impression! I highly recommend it!

I have had the printer for three days now and it is a beast!
Its prints are incredibly fast and of very good quality.
As for the installation, it was quite easy using the official Xerox installation video available on YouTube.
Updates on the toner duration and further comments will come over time.
From first impression, though, it is an excellent printer and worth every euro...
UPDATE 29/11/2022: The duration of the 3000-page toner is excellent!! It has been used daily for many months and still lasts! I would just suggest setting a static IP for the printer because every time the router restarts, the IP changes and the devices don't recognize it (requires setup again). The process is different for each router, you can do it from the router settings. Anyway, for a ZTE router from Vodafone, you go to local network > LAN and DHCP binding.

Printer installation is quite easy. It requires a little attention so that when someone removes the black protective cover, they do not touch the interior. Connecting to WiFi is easy. Double-sided printing is done without any problems. For A4 paper, which most people will use, the paper tray needs to be adjusted properly. It has a spring that, when pressed, can expand the paper tray. In terms of the cost of the printer and the price of the toner, it is the best. While it is for household use, therefore not for heavy printing, it consumes almost 3 pages of paper. And no, it's not the paper's fault, because I always used the same paper with an HP printer without EVER having a problem. I'm tired of getting up to unblock a page, which obviously consumes both paper and ink (it gets blocked even though it has printed the front side). On the positive side: very easy connection to Wi-Fi and printing from my mobile, compact construction, and good printing speed without much noise.
