For use in an espresso machine: it ruins the cappuccino, as it leaves behind a strong steam flavor that slightly sours it. Do not get it for froth milk!

I use it as a cream by whisking it in a blender for 40-60 seconds. I bought it mainly for White Russian, but it works perfectly in liquid frappé as well. Very good taste quality. It cannot be compared to cream from Lidl, for example. It is much better than Nounou.
