I bought the product as I was looking for a collagen supplement mainly for preventive reasons. For those wondering about the details, I spoke with the company and they told me the following:
It is hydrolyzed collagen, in 100ml of product there are 20g of collagen (very good ratio). They recommend 3 tablespoons for minor issues, 6 tablespoons during an injury period.
Personally, I find the daily intake recommendation excessively high. I have put it in the fridge and it has taken on a jelly form in a few hours. I intend to consume 1 good tablespoon of jelly a day. After all, collagen has been found to have a positive effect when you consume 2.5-15g daily. The above is excessive and does not benefit anything.
It has a nice taste and so far it hasn't caused me any stomach issues. It is too early to talk about positive effects yet.
