Quality construction, convenient size, but the feel of the buttons is tighter than it should be. Compared to a regular remote, it offers the additional function of an air mouse, which is achieved by rotating the front side up-down and right-left, with the axes of these movements (horizontal and vertical) passing through the geometric center of the device. It is definitely cooler than wireless keyboards with touchpads, for which it presents itself as an alternative solution.
It connected immediately (plug & play) to Mi box S, and the same is expected to happen with most TV boxes and Android TVs. The Air Mouse is clearly designed primarily for multimedia situations in these environments, and its use is relatively easy and enjoyable from the beginning, without requiring a long adaptation period. A bonus is the support for voice commands (it has a microphone). However, especially for the Mi box S, it doesn't make sense to purchase it, as the device's remote is already extremely functional.
Windows 10 also recognizes it and installs its own drivers. But in Windows, its use is more difficult because the points you target with the mouse often have a small surface area. It definitely requires more patience and familiarity. At first, I got annoyed and had the tendency to give up, but after tests and changes in settings and the way I hold it, I managed to use it effectively. The device itself works flawlessly, and it is the user who needs to adapt, just like with a classic mouse. Have we forgotten how much effort it took to get used to it? The speed of the cursor can be easily adjusted from the device in three levels, but also from Windows in countless levels, so everyone will probably find a suitable setting.
It loses its fifth star, apart from the tight operation of the buttons, because the "one step back" and "home" functions for Android share the same button, and this often leads to unwanted situations.
