- Ergonomic
- Cheap
- Portable, no installation, no connection. Batteries and off you go.
- Nice texture and feel in the hand. It doesn’t look super cheap, even though it is.
- Theoretically, a very good method for screen prompts and separating the information you want to get.
However:
- Unfortunately, it is not accurate, so any initial excitement fades very quickly, because without accuracy it is the same as not having a depth sounder.
- It says 100 meters and I believed it (I fish at 15 to 90 meters). The device DOES NOT see anything above 30-35 meters in the sea. Summer, with crystal-clear and calm waters. If you go above 40 meters, it can’t even tell you the depth.
Notes:
I have used it on 2 trips so far to draw a conclusion. I understood the above weaknesses on the first one. However, I was left with the impression that at 15-30 meters it does a good job of at least telling me whether there are fish below and their size. The second time, while I was changing spots, always at these depths, I went somewhere that it said had big and small fish. I only found small ones. Then I went a little further where it said there were NO fish at all. But I hadn’t hauled in and boom, a 2-kilo sea bream. I said I’d try again exactly below the spot where it says there are no fish. To make a long story short, I stayed there all night and it was chaos.
Conclusion:
A fantastic idea to have a small device like this that truly works up to 100 meters, with batteries, economical, without holes and installations, with such a simple screen with only basic but necessary information. BUT IT HAS TO WORK TOO. This particular one I think works well up to 15 meters, but even there I think there is a chance that the internal sonar is positioned incorrectly and is showing a bit to the side and not exactly the 45° beam below the boat. Now, if someone wants it for 10 meters depth and is okay with an offset in the beam, fine, maybe it will be useful. Personally, at 10 meters I still look with my eyes :). The 2 stars are because I like the idea and the external build. Otherwise it would be a zero.

ΑΛΛΑ ΝΑ ΔΟΥΛΕΥΕΙ ΚΙΟΛΑΣ. Το συγκεκριμένο νομίζω ότι δουλεύει καλά μέχρι 15μετρα αλλά ακόμα και εκεί νομίζω υπάρχει ενδεχόμενο να είναι λανθασμένα τοποθετημένο το εσωτερικό του σόναρ και να δείχνει παραδίπλα και όχι ακριβώς την 45ο ακτίνα κάτω απο το σκάφος. Τώρα αν κάποιος το θέλει για 10 μετρα βάθος, και είναι οκ με ένα offset στην ακτίνα, εντάξει ίσως να βολέψει. Εγώ στα 10 μετρα πάντως κοιτάω και με το μάτι :). Τα 2 αστέρια γιατί μου αρέσει η ιδέα και η κατασκεύη εξωτερικά. Αλλιώς θα ταν κουλούρι.
Very good product, I have had it for a month now and it does its job very well. Also, the design and overall construction are good. Imagine how good it is for only 30€, I have installed it on my boat. Highly recommend it, especially for newcomers who don't want to spend more than 50€.
πολύ καλό προϊόν το έχω εδώ και 1 μήνα και κάνει πολύ καλά τι δουλειά του .Επίσης το μάτι και όλη η κατασκευή του είναι σε γενικές γραμμές καλή καλά μίνι φανταστείτε για 30€ είναι πολύ καλή εγώ το έχω τοποθέτηση στο σκάφος μου .Πολύ καλή επιλογή το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα ειδικά για νέους στο χώρο που δεν θέλουν να δώσουν παραπάνω από 50 € .
