Neoproof® PU W-40 by Neotex is a single-component, brush-applied liquid polyurethane waterproofing coating for exposed rooftops. It forms a moisture-impermeable membrane that is resistant to solar radiation and mechanical stress.
It can be applied to rooftops made of concrete, concrete slabs, terrazzo or cement screed, as well as accessible flat roofs, even those with issues caused by standing water. Suitable surfaces also include metal, after applying a suitable primer, and bituminous membranes. It adheres to new and old polyurethane and acrylic coatings. Surfaces must be primed before application.
